What's Included
The price we quote in your Wedding Package is fully inclusive of Accommodation for two nights, full Venue Hire, Wedding Planning, fully furnished mezzanine, full access to our picturesque grounds and on the day co-ordination.
We provide a kitchen space for one of our authorised to cater within, with their own private access. We also provide you with a fully stocked bar with cocktails available throughout your Wedding Day! Our fabulous team of mixologists are happy to help you throughout the day and recommend their favourite drink choices; with our fabulous mezzanine area there to whisk you away there is always a source of comfort not too far.
Throughout your booking we include full Wedding Planning with our team of co-ordinators, they are on hand to help recommend, book and run through your Wedding Plans. We also include a complimentary Wine Tasting where you have the opportunity to taste our selection of Wines, Prosecco, Beers and Cocktails alongside an evening of live music, street food and canapés!
Wedding Planning and Co-ordination
Our team of co-ordinators are on hand to help your planning journey every step of the way. As a family run business the most important aspect are our Bride and Grooms!
Wine Tasting
All of our couples are invited to our Wine Tasting evening where you can sample all wines, sample street food, canapés and relax to live music!
Inclusive
Here at The Oakwood we include as much as possible, this includes your biodegradable petal confetti, floating candle vases, a decorated mezzanine area and a beautifully designed house to accommodate up to 30 adults!
Exclusive
Set in its own oasis, The Oakwood lends itself exclusively to you and your guests. With no other guests or wedding parties on site, it is exclusively yours to enjoy!

How much does it cost?
Each Wedding here at The Oakwood is completly bespoke. With prices starting from £12,000 inclusive of accommodation we are happy to discuss every possibility!
We encourage all of our perspective couples to book in for a phone call to discuss any questions you may have! We understand that the wedding world can be overwhelming and we are here to help!
Is the accommodation included?
Whilst you have to take all of our accommodation, there are different ways of making payment for this. Your guests may want to make these payments themselves through our online system, or if you want to treat family members to a good night sleep then you can take on these costs in your payments.
How do we book?
We hold all provisional dates free of charge for 7 days, if after the 7 days you wish to book we then require your £3000 deposit. Your interim payment is then due 6 months before your wedding in the sum of 75% and your final payment is due 3 months before in the sum of 25%.
We can then invite you in for your initial meeting to begin your wedding planning journey!
What do you include?
We try to include as much as possible from black easels, confetti and confetti stands, tables, chairs, lighting, Templa Spa Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.
We also include full wedding planning within all packages, whether this is in the form of emails, phonecalls or meetings!
Do you include corkage?
We do not allow corkage however, you will be invited in for a wine tasting which is included in all Wedding Packages. You have the opportunity to try all 13 wines, Cocktails, Live Music and the chance to stay over for the evening too!
